Update/Upgrade Policy

If you have purchased our software as a standalone product within the last thirty (30) days, you are eligible for a free upgrade to the latest version. A standalone product is software that came by itself, and NOT part of a packaged deal that would come with a peripheral device.

To get your free update we will need the following information:

• 1) Your serial number and registration card.
• 2) Proof of purchase that shows you have had the product for less than thirty (30) days.
• 3) A place to send the upgrade.
  • a) An email address where we can send the software to (in internet form, i.e. sales@softarch.com).
  • b) If it is not possible to send the software via email, than an address where we can send the disk. There will be a $10 charge (US addresses) or $20 (foreign addresses) for shipping and handling. To charge for shipping and handling we will need either a credit card number (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) and expiration date or a check in US funds drawn on a US bank for the amount needed.

If you have owned our software for more than 30 days, read here.

We offer a few ways to upgrade your product.

a) Upgrade on-line.

b) Download our upgrade form as a pdf file. Then fill it in and either send it to us via mail or fax.

c) Call our offices at 425-487-0122 during business hours (Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, PST) and tell them you need to upgrade (a serial number is required to upgrade the product).

d) You can have the upgrade form sent to you via fax from our fax back system. Call our offices (425-487-0122) and select document #300 from our fax back system.
