If you have not found an answer to your question and you would like one
of our Technical Support Engineers to get in touch with you then fill this
form out and hit the submit button when you are finished or you can print and fax the information to us at (425) 487-0122. You can also include this information in an e-mail to support@softarch.com. Try to be as complete as possible
and make sure you include the version of the software you are using. On
the Macintosh this can be found by selecting the software and "Getting
Info" on it. On windows systems this can be found by going under Help and
choosing About in the application. Note: The version number on the
disk label only goes to two digits and is not always very helpful when
trying to figure out if you have the version you need. All of the versions
for all of our products go to three digits for example: 2.3.7 is the
actual version but the label on the disk will say it is version
2.3.
