My system does not recognize my USB device. On a PC:

Solution 1

Device must be supported. Make sure that the device is supported by DOS Mounter. You can find the drive support list by clicking here.

Solution 2

DOS Mounter is not installed. Make sure that the extensions "SAI USB Support" and the "SAI USB xxx" driver for your device is installed in the extensions folder. If they are not, re-install DOS Mounter.

Solution 3

Improper Cabling. Make sure the device has power and good cabling.
