Advanced Color Manipulation Technology
SAI’s patent pending VistaMax™ color enhancement technology represents a breakthrough in how we compensate for digital image degradation. Cameras, printers, scanners are designed to capture just some of the millions of color compositions the human eye is capable of seeing. Conquering the complexity of this challenge and correcting image degradation as a result of images passing through multiple devices (cameras, printers, computers, scanners) lies at the very heart of the graphic arts industry. VistaMax allows the user to compensate for lost color values as hue, saturation, contrast and brightness are adjusted. Intuitive, "Real-Time" Controls
Great Photo! is the fastest and easiest-to-use image enhancement tool in the marketplace. You can rename, categorize and organize photo images the way you want for rapid access and retrieval. A simple set of processing knobs allows you to adjust your images in real time, as easily as turning the knobs of a radio. Great Photo! also provides bookmarked versions of your changes so you can quickly compare your images with different effects.
Advanced Red Eye Reduction
Great Photo! corrects for both over exposure and for color imbalances in the eye due to flash reflections, traditionally known as red eye. Great Photo! automatically balances color and brightness in the eye and other unsightly effects caused by digital camera flash. Simply select the area affected and select "red eye reduction" and Great Photo! will automatically correct the image.
Accelerated Image Manipulation
Version 1.1 of Great Photo! integrates the latest Velocity Engine™ technology from Apple. This allows users to benefit from even faster real time image updates on G4 systems.
Ready for Web Publishing or Printing
Your photo images can be saved as a JPEG for web publishing, PICT format or TIFF for high-end printing. The "Autosize" feature automatically fits the image to the size of the printer paper or whatever size proportions you select. You can also crop and rotate the image to your preference.
