How do I re-download software I ordered online?
If for whatever reason you need to re-download the
software, it can be done at www.digitalriver.com.
From their homepage click "customer service" on the
left. Then click on "click to customer service and
see for yourself" at the bottom of the next page.
You will then be presented with the menu that will
allow you to select to re-download the software.
How do I return software I bought online?
Our online sales are handled by Digital River. If
you wish to get a refund for software purchased online,
only Digital River can process that refund. Their
customer service number is 1-800-656-5426. If you
are calling internationally the number is 612-253-8400.
