The following is the general process for qualification and licensing of our Toolkits:

1. Review of Toolkit Technical Information on this website.
2. Contact SAI at sales@softarch.com.
   Please have your project specifications/requirements ready, including the information listed below:
1. Operating System
2. Media types and formats
3. Drive types, including make/model if applicable
4. Processor type
5. Programming Language
6. Description of other software applications involved in process
7. Nature of project: i.e. internal use or packaged for resale (if latter, target resale price of system)
8. Time table to start project
9. Target completion/release date
10. Contact information
3. If certain information regarding your project or proprietary technology is sensitive and confidential, then please download, fill-in and execute the following Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement: (PDF file link)
4. Review by SAI engineers of client project information and further technical discussions.
5. Draft licensing contract based on client needs for review by client.
6. Execute contract agreement, receipt of payment, completion of custom modifications (if necessary), and delivery of Toolkit.
