New HD Video Player Software for OS X Provides Full HD Video Playback for Casio and Sanyo Brand HD Digicams

HD Video Player software provides a simple way to play full high definition video files on your personal computer screen. GreatVideo! HD supports real time playback of h.264 1080i, 1080p and 720p video formats on your Mac.

Optimized for Selected Casio and Sanyo HD Cameras and HD Camcorders

GreatVideo! HD has been configured to provide optimal playback of full high definition h.264 1080i format video files recorded on the Casio Exilim EX-F1 digital camera and the Sanyo Xacti VPC-HD1000 high definition digital camcorder. The software supports real time playback of all format versions of h.264 video files, regardless of recording device.

Easy to Use

Simply double click on the HD video file to play it. GreatVideo! HD automatically opens, de-compresses and plays your HD video files in high definition and in real time. The highest quality "full HD " video is displayed, as there is no format conversion or down-sampling of the video. GreatVideo! HD uses QuickTime™ technology in a unique, proprietary way to display interlaced 1080i high definition video within the QuickTime Movie Player.

Supports All Popular High Definition Formats

Computer displays are designed to support �progressive scan�, but the most prevalent high definition video format uses an "interlaced " video format. GreatVideo! HD supports both progressive scan formats such as 1080p and 720p, and 1080i interlaced video. The software�s playback quality of progressive scan formats is better than provided by QuickTime alone. QuickTime does not support playing 1080i format video at all. High definition h.264 1080i video is the format used in the majority of cable and satellite TV broadcasts, and a growing number of HD video camcorders.
